I have five Guinea cocks and one hen about 12 weeks old. They are free ranging well at this time. My concern is will this continue well with the only hen and will that many cocks get along as they get older ?

It should, the Alpha male in the flock will most likely "claim" the Hen as his own, and the others will just have to kick rocks

There may be some aggression and chasing between all the males but it should not get too crazy. I have one flock that consists of 9 males and only 3 Hens and they do fine, they free range 24/7. The males are always chasing and charging each other but it never escalates beyond that. But if you have chickens, or other types of poultry free ranging with them, the bachelor Guineas may cause some trouble with them during the breeding season next year...

The extra males will bully the chickens if you have them in the same pen, I'm just about ready to shoot mine

How big is your pen and how much free range time do they get? Both of those factors play a major role in Guinea aggression...
