Guinea flock problems?

Oh, I started to free range mine a bit (half at a time) backfoot looked more happy than i have seen her in weeks :D but I left for a few days. In that time they didnt free range, my parents were taking care of them for me and Z-bar, the main one who was attacking backfoot, is the one being beaten bloody now but worse. I don't know what happened, he was the top of the flock and now he looks horrible. I can try and get a few pictures, he looks more defeated and hurt than backfoot ever did and it was first thing when I went to see them that I saw them beating him up. Backfoot looks a bit happier and seems to be hanging with him now but I'm worried from how he looks. I'll post a few pictures of him if I can in a few minutes...

I didnt want to corner him or anything so i only took a few and zoomed in when i took them, that way i didnt have to get too close but you cant really see that much just from the pictures.

Here's him and backfoot

He ran out and laid down by the other guines, he would be able to stand up by the other one I think is a male but when another came, down he went.

Well, they seem to be better now :D I think Z-bar was just being attacked because he was freaking out for no reason because a few days after I began letting them out for a bit again he calmed down again and they stopped attacking him though he isn't quite at the 'top' of the flock anymore. Backfoot's better too, I don't see her roosting all day and hiding anymore, I think Z-bar was the main one picking on her and now that he's not at the top he doesn't anymore. Snow started here last night and this morning backfoot was walking around pretty close to the others without being chased away :)

I'm glad your guineas are settling in better! Is Backfoot the one that has a half-white side? She is so pretty! : )
