Guinea fowl and rabbits

Hi guys, does anyone know if you can keep guinea fowl in a rabbitry to keep the bugs and flies down?
I'm planning in advance here so any suggestions would be great.
I understand they like to roost at night, so if I kept them in a separate part of the shed until they worked out where they were supposed to be sleeping and then let them out onto the floor during the day, would they create havoc in the shed and irritate or stress the rabbits or would they be alright?
It'll be a 10x16m shed, with hanging cages and worm/composting beds underneath.

Or would I be better off with a different species of bird in there?

Do you have chickens?? I kept my chickens wioth my bunnies, and they were GREAT freinds and used to snuggle!!

I have a single male rabbit that roams around where the guineas do. The guineas will chase him but he has learned to avoid them. He did get pecked a few times. Of course this is my guineas, they will chase and attack a cat, oppossum, and just about anything that size. If you raise keets near yourbuns and socialize them they will be tame and friendly towards the rabbits. I kept a button quail pair with a rabbit for a few days and they were fast friends.

One part I'm concerned about is the guineas pooping all over everything too, would silkie chickens work better since they're not flyers? I just want something that would rather stay on ground/worm bed level and mix through the droppings and eat the bugs and flies and not make too much of a mess.

Yeah a bantam breed would work best.
