ok guineas pick on even the meanest roosters. Has anyone had them in with silver pheasants? Or egyptian geese? Guineas just seem to be the top birds always

My uncle’s Guineas don’t pick on his chickens, not even the hens, they don’t pick on his turkeys either.

Don't rear them with other birds, and give them their own coop to roost in. Only give them treats in their coop, and not around the others. They need to understand the other birds are not guineas, and are not part of their flock, or in direct competition with them. Search posts from R2elk.

They may pick on pheasant. Guineas stay far from adult aggressive egyptian geese or muscovy ducks.
