I don't think mine are laying yet, though they are breeding! I usually see eggs dropped randomly around the yard when they first start laying, but I probably should watch them to make sure they aren't hiding any! I think it's a little early yet, last year they started in early April.

one of the posters said the fat end of the egg is actually the top. so do you store/incubate them with the pointy side UP? with chickens and other birds i know to have pointy side down...
 
Zaz - I'm so jealous! I've found 2 nests and collected 3 dozen so far. Will get todays eggs and in the bator they go tomorrow. Of course there's still 8 eggs in the nests. I know there's got to be more nests but I can't find them! Ack!
 
Reason #1 to collect eggs from found guinea nests EVERY day. Predators.

One nest that I had found got raided last night. I only lost the 4 eggs I purposely left there but now they have to find a new spot! And I have to keep following them. Grrr.
