If it is a forced air incubator, set the temperature ate 99.5°F to 100.5F. If it is a still air incubator, set the temperature at 100.5°F to 101.5°F measured at the top of the eggs.

You need a calibrated thermometer and a salt tested hygrometer because you can't trust the readings from the incubator.

I have a forced air cabinet incubator. I run it at 99.5°F and 30% to 35% humidity for the first 25 days. On day 25 I move the eggs to lockdown by stopping turning the eggs and increase the humidity to 65% to 70%. If everything works right, the eggs will start hatching on day 26 and finish on day 28.

f your incubator has an auto turner, use it up until lockdown. If not, you will need to hand turn the eggs.

Is it normal the incubator to sweat?
What if the power goes off at night, will my eggs at the incubator be damaged

If the incubator is sweating on the inside, you have the humidity way too high.

If the power goes out during the night, it depends on how long it is out and what day it is on as to whether or not the eggs will be harmed.
