scooter still can't walk so they have an aviary in the living room, and are very tame, used to human contact, will get some pics of scooter- but thought you'd like this shot of flash- the camera did a strange focus and it came out really neat

The guineas running free are so much nicer but at this time mine are pened, I will turn mine out in the spring. We have many dogs running free in our area, they are 3 months old I am afraid to turn them out.

i know alot of the guinea farms keep them in pens- so as long as its big, i don't see a problem- wish i had trained my outside guineas to go into the coop at nite, we lost one over the summer, so will probably get more in the spring- we only have 3 outside- i think yours are beautiful!

Last year I finally got a Guinea! He was a male that someone gave me for free. I let him run around the farm and all of my family really enjoyed him. Then he got killed by a fox

So this year I bought a dozen hatching eggs (could be Pearl, Pied, Lavender, Buff or Chocolate) which are now 6 days away from hatching

I also bought another full grown Guinea rooster that is now running around the farm in the day and perching in the trees at night so hopfully he will make it!

Here's a picture of him ( he's a Pearl)
