Sorry. I lost all of my first flock to Great Horned Owls. Now my guineas are kept in a secure coop at night.

It's sad, but not unexpected. Each year I loose 1/3 to 1/2 of my guinea fowl flock either to predation or to accident. Yet somehow I am able to replenish the loss with hatchlings. I still have 3 survivors, two females and one male, from my original batch of 18 that I got almost 5 years ago. I am not sure why, but these three tend to stick together.
