I have seven guineas that are around 6-8 weeks old. They are featherd out well, eating great and doing the guinea thing. So I started letting them out to free range through the day and they go up at night. Two days ago I noticed that one is walking around with its wings almost dragging the ground and its tail seems splayed open, a bit diffrent than the rest. It stays with the others, eats like a pig, is one of the bigger ones and makes all the same noises the others do. Doesn't seem sick I guess is what I am getting at. I'm not sure how long it's been doingit. i didn't notice it before. Any ideas? Thanks.

My guess is he/she was maybe a little too playful and got itself injured. Since it's acting the same with just the wing and tail looking funny I would say it will be just fine. If it's hot out I have seen birds hold out their wings for ventilation but I don't about the tail...all in all you say it seems to be acting fine so as long as there's no blood or limping it should be just fine!
