Guinea hen losing feathers

One of my guinea hens is loosing a lot of feathers on her body under her wings. She is white and I can see her black skin in patchy areas. She is also getting picked on by the rest of the flock right now - not super violently but she is definitely the lowest on the totem pole. Should I be worried? She seems to be eating and drinking normally and looks fine otherwise.

Can she be Molting?

That is certainly a possibility. I have been finding feathers from the other chickens too. I just go a little worried today when I could see her skin. Plus that paired with the fact that she is lowest in the pecking order got me wondering if she could be sick and that is why the other birds are suddenly picking on her. I just wanted to check in with the masses to see what everyone else thought.

I haven't gone thru the molting with any of my chickens yet so it really was just a guess. Hopefully someone else will help. I hate that pecking order bullying
