Guinea hen will not stand up

My adult guinea hen has been laying down this is the third day. She was laying outside the coop and I thought she was laying on an egg for 2 days but I picked her up last night which is highly unusual as they don't usually let you pick them up. I brought her inside the coop and isolated her and this is what she looks like this morning. I gave her some scratch she wouldn't touch it so I put a piece o

f watermelon in front of her and so far she's not touching it. I have not looked her over for injuries yet however I plan to this morning. I haven't had this occur in any of my guinea hens before.

Okay I have looked her over and near her anal gland is like a big ball and it feels like it's full of fluid. I don't know if this is where the egg sack is at or if there is a tumor. I did put peroxide on the whole area and I get no foaming so it doesn't look like it's a wound. I have never seen this kind of thing on a guinea before. Can anyone give me an idea how to help?
