For the past 3 years we have had one lonely guinea hen in our back yard and our neighbors (it just showed up one day) it follows the cats all over the yard if they are cleaning it starts cleaning and every night it starts to yell and go up into the tree, we havent heard it for a few days, my neighbor saw it down the road about a quarter of a mile. Did it wander away and is it lost?, will it come back? is it a way to get it back to the safety of our yards? Can someone please help us answer these questions I don't want something to happen to it

Thanks Ann!

If she already associates you with food, you may be able to call and lead her back...worth a try taking some treats to the last seen spot and calling.

3 years outdoors is one tough, smart guinea! I hope you find her.

Maybe one of your neighbors has guineas that she can hear? Or she could be broody
