Guinea Losing Feathers

Hello Guinea Folk,

One of my guineas is losing feathers on the back of it's neck, it seems to be a slow and progressive process. Anyone have any idea what might be causing that?

Do they fight? Last year my males were 1 year old and they went crazy fighting and some of them had massive bald patches.
