I've always liked Guinea Fowl, but have never owned any. I have some questions.

1. Can they be kept in the same pen as the chooks.
2. Will they lay eggs without a male.
3. Can you eat the eggs. If so, what do they taste like.
4. What is a keet.
5. Will they eat the same food as the chooks.
6. Can you eat the birds.

2. Will they lay eggs without a male. Yes
3. Can you eat the eggs. If so, what do they taste like. Yes but I've never eaten them.
4. What is a keet. A baby guinea
5. Will they eat the same food as the chooks. I've never had chickens so I'm not sure if feed is the same.
6. Can you eat the birds. Yes

Thanks very much for that reply. I dont think I have enough room in the pen for more birds. Beautiful dog or is it a wolf.

yes, i feed them the same food i feed the chickens and turkeys
