Guinea molt?

I have several that appear to be loose and baggy looking in the feathers around their underside. And there are guinea feathers everywhere!

Should I assume this is a molt? Not all of them look this way, just 3 or 4? The soft fuzzy like feathers are hanging down out of their outer feathers. I hope I've explained this right

See if they are the females. They MAY be losing feathers to go broody, even now.
