Guineafowl grief

Welcome to BYC Kelly, I'm so sorry it's not under better circumstances.

Your guineas will grieve, that's normal, and in my opinion, it's good. You can ease the process by giving them little distractions, things they don't get very often but will excite them. Just be there, talk to them, I really think that they understand (this is coming from someone who has dealt with a lot of flock loss).
 
I don't know much about Guineas except that they are champion tick eaters and will "Mob" snakes to get them to leave the area. Hoping they have the best possible outcome. :hugs
I had a snake get into the chicken coop once. We had guineas and wanted to see if they would got nuts on a snake...never been more disappointed. We called them the croods because anything "new" was gonna kill them 🙄.
