For some reasons, my guineas will not leave the chicken coop. They have their own pen and we're returning there each night on their own, but today they have been in the hen coop. Have 10 hens and 8 guineas and don't think there's enough room for them all. Any suggestions???

is the chicken coop taller than the Guinea coop? If it is it could be that they are going for the higher up perches.

Other than catching them and locking them in thier Own coop I dont know any way to coax em to do it. For what its worth I use a fish landing net for Guinea Capture.... LOL. The nets can be bought at Walmart for about twelve bucks.

Good luck... analyze your layout... Guineas in the wild will roost up in trees twenty feet off the ground...
