I have 7 5 week old guineas which I put in a large coop and run.

I had 3 guinea hens that hatched out on my acreage which I managed to catch all moms and their babies
I put them all in the coop as well.
There was alot of fighting so I put the most aggressive one out of the coop. The two remaining ones are still fighting a bit and they pick on my 5 week old ones still, but they can fly to get away. This is a new coop and I would like them all to go in eventually
The latest keets are 2 weeks old and one week old. How long before I can put the rest of my guineas in with them?
I have 5 outside the coop
They used to go in my old coop every night and roost. Now they are sleeping in the trees outside my new coop, cause they want to be with the other 2.
I would like them in before winter hits
Does anyone have any suggestions?? Please
Thanks Val

Set up a brooder inside the coop. Then they can all get used to each other without being able to pick on the little ones.
Thank you for your reply
So I should take the keets from the moms and put them in a brooder now?
Then put all the adult guineas in with them?
I have a 3foot by 4foot closed in brooder(no light)about 2 feet tall which I attach a large dog kennel covered with mesh to, so they have an outside space
Is this sufficient?
I've also read that you keep them separated till they are 4 to 6 weeks old Is this correct

I myself wouldn’t separate the moms and keets if you can keep them safe together... Can you fence off an area in the coop for the moms with keets, and a separate area for the 5 week olds that you are trying to integrate? Does your coop have a run?

I would do as Mixed suggested and keep moms with their keets.
Separating them with a “see but no touch” fence works great when introducing new birds.
I made use of the space under my roost bars for an introductory pen. Then when the adults are out for the day the keets could have the whole coop to themselves.

I did what you said I put a sheet of plywood between the 5 week old ones and the moms with the younger keets, they still have access to each other but it's a private corner. But confined to the coop only
Frost warnings for tonight so I'm so glad I got that done
I then put the guineas i could bribe to go in the run, I'll get the last one tonight when I have help
Thanks you so much for the advise.
