Guineas attacking other Guinea

We have about 12 guinea that are signaling out and attacking one specific guinea. We had separated that one for a while and then reintroduced it back to the flock. Once again they have started attacking it. Why would they do this and what could we do? This is the first time raising Guinea and everything had been going well until one day they just stated on this one specific Guinea. Thanks

This is normal guinea behavior.

If you can determine which one is leading the attacks, separate it rather than the one that is being attacked.
