Guineas have begun laying! Hatched 4/22/20

I have a few. The ones that I sent @Tre3hugger do kind of have a secret ingredient, though.
1 cup hot sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp Creole garlic spice (from James Marie Farms)

For the hot sauce, I use Crystal Louisiana hot sauce or Tabasco. I use apple cider vinegar.
I just did some new varieties last week so I'm going to have a couple of friends over for taste testing in two more weeks.

Wow! A cup of hot sauce is... kind of amazing! Do you have a non-hot favorite? Thanks for sharing this!

Edit to add: it looks like your eggs are at room temp, but I thought that they couldn’t be safely canned? I’m attached my one try at pickled eggs. They were pretty, but the eggs were rubbery and it tasted to much like white vinegar, despite the garlic and dill...
