Guineas sleeping under rooster?

I have a rooster that is about 14 weeks old. He and one other chicken (pullet) were raised with my 3 guineas (15-16 weeks old). The quineas will snuggle up under the rooster in the grass. He just stands over them and spreads his winds over them like a hen would. Why??? I am so confused.

That is really strange, but nice. If you hatch chicks, sounds like you've got a good protective daddy waiting for them.
