built a bigger coop with a fenced in yard for them ,roosts in side out side nest boxes . the hole nine yard to make them a home and they will not come out in to the fenced in part they just stay in the coop . I can walk up to the coop call them they jump down off the roosts but will not come out . the old small coop if I called them they could not come out fast enough . so what's up with this or is it just to new yet ?

If your guineas are still little they will be afraid of anything new for a while. Just leave the door to the pen open thru the day and they will eventually get up the nerve to check it out. This almost always happens when I move little ones out of the brooder and into the juvenile coop. And they might just like the new house too much to leave it!
