I have two Guniea Hens that have been raised with chickens and one stayed out one night when I first started to free range them, the last two nights my one has not returned to the coop but is there first thing in AM to eat. My two Hens are like connected at the waist they never split apart in till now ( Maybe they had some sort of domestic ) I have been at work the last two days so I am not even sure if the hen hangs around the house all day.

I am wondering if she is roosting in a tree or if she is sitting on a nest.

If she's around all day, but just MIA at night, then she's probably not a nest and in fact did find a more suitable (in her brain anyway) place to roost. But if she's not around at all, I'd say she's either on a nest, or a predator got her

Hope you find her on some eggs that you can collect and then destroy her nest so she comes home each night (until she lays again).

We have (had) 10 guineas. They come to visit about once week. They have decided that the farm 2 farms down is more suitable then ours. Luckily, they have quineas too and don't mind. We will need to round them before winter if they don't come home for good. I am really disappointed, because they are so much fun to watch. Ours are over there roosting in a tree at night. Hope she comes home for you...

She comes home in morning to eat, I am off the next four days so I ll keep a eye out and see if I can see what she is doing, they have always been roamers, they will be gone for a couple hours then spend a few hours around the house then wander off again, it's just that they were always together and if one wasn't close they would call each other in till tehy were back together again. If I had locked one out by accident they would not stop calling in til i let the other in that isn't the case now.

I did find one nest a few weeks ago and then my dog's found it and ate all 18 Eggs. I have a lot of land and the nest can be any where

Ok so I found her nest, it's about 100 Yards from the coop though the woods in a fern patch next to a rarely used out building. There seems to be a lot of eggs under her, My question is now what should I do, Take the eggs when she isn't around or let her sit. If they are fertile they are by my Chicken roo.
I found the nest by following her.

If it were me I would take the eggs...and hatch them..if they do hatch on their own chance of them all surviving are slim and the keets can't get wet or they will die...the hen might think she is done with her job after the first few hatch..and then leave the rest.

I don't really need any more chickens/Guineas, I feel bad about messing with her nest though she seems so happy.

If you dont have a male Guinea and all you have are Chicken Roos. In all likelyhood you will have a chance at a Guinea Chiken Hybrid. Id grab up the eggs and put them in an incubator. Chicken and Guinea Crosses are rare but not impossible and the cross is sterile. But GuinHens are very interesting looking.
