Gurgling noise...too hot?

One of my brown leghorns has started making a strange gurgling kind of noise. She still seems to be eating and drinking, walking around ok, but breathing a little heavy and making like a little gurgle noise as she breathes in. Can this be a heat thing, or something else I should worry about?

I may have overreacted. I placed a box fan outside the run pointing at them, and she has since stopped making the noise. Gets hot up on this ridge in the afternoon, even though they are in the shade. I'll keep an eye on her...
