Gus can't walk!

If I put him in he's ok until Lucy starts splashing around then he freaks out and gets outta there quick! I fill the pool all the way up and he has no problem swimming up to the ramp and getting out...It's just the him staying in there part

He's so much smaller than Lucy he probably feels like a tiny boat on the ocean when she begins to get the waves moving.

Gus still walks around with a bit of a limp but he gets around just fine.He still refuses to get into the pool and when placed in there he gets back out again. I guess Lucy enjoys having the pool to herself....for now atleast.... I'm shocked at how big they are getting! Seems like just yesterday they could still fit in the palm of my hand.

Yes for sure add them, he needs all the extra nutrients he can get right now, sorry I am just now seeing your post been busy finishing up the goose house. How is he doing this afternoon?

Some probiotic with the Niacin and the V&E would probably not hurt, either. What do you think, Miss Lydia? Round up is not as informative as it could be on its findings, unfortunately. I researched it regarding the orchard because the person that owned it previous to us used it. We are using natural things and have purged it out of there.

Boy Lucy and Gus are growing so big! Gus looks great and Lucy is looking like a grown goose almost.

So true RURU, it's amazing how much they can change and grow in just a week. They are both beautiful Lybe and like RG said adding some extra vitamins and probiotics wouldn't hurt but it may make them grow even faster. lol

Thanks for the help! Is it possible for Gus to have something wrong with him after all the seizures? He's completely different after his episode.....He wont come up to me much anymore, he keeps to himself most of the time, he does not like to be handled at all and he's just all around acting strange. Any ideas?

Are you still giving him niacin? usually niacin deficiency can cause neurological problems too but are usually resolved after starting the niacin or brewers yeast. This could be something else or just going through those terrible 2's where they don't want no one to mess with them. He looks good looks like he is growing good. How is he with Lucy?

He is still on the Niacin. A friend even commented that he didn't look "All There" he still gets along great with Lucy and the hens. I hope it's just a phase and he comes out of it.
