Guys or dolls?

I've decided to keep these three from my Feb. hatch. I would appreciate suggestions on whether you think these are girls or boys.

I think this EE is a girl:

Not sure about this BO-cross chick. I never did figure out what breed the daddy was, either:

I have a bunch of barred EE. For some reason, they are even harder to sex than these three.

I think the first one is a hen, the second one is a rooster, and the third one is a rooster.

girl - I have had a few like this. They were RIR and BO crosses. The girls always had large combs really early.
