Rumor has it that H5 HPAI has been detected in Butte County, California. Anyone with details?

It's been found in Washington and Oregon so northern CA is likely too.

California was likely, but I was looking for specifics on Butte Co, California since I has predicted a commercial farm by the end of 2014 (but reported in 2015).
