I've found my local Restore to be variable. I got a nice 4'x2' window for $10, two weeks later they had the same exact window marked for $50. The only consistency they seem to have is with their tiles, they have a sign that says boxes of ceramic are $10 all other boxes are $8.
If you look around you can usually find something you can use for cheap though.
