Had an egg broken in the coop and this hen was dead on the floor with broken yoke coming out of the opening

Could this be a predator or an egg bound hen who was starting to get eaten by others? The opening doesn't seen to tell me much. Thoughts???

We have a hatch to grab eggs from the nesting boxes. It was off when we went to grab eggs. Not sure if that was from a predator or my son forgetting to shut it. We have always left the coop door open in the summer, about a foot by foot door, and haven't had an issue til now. I wonder if the hatch was open if it gave light to the coop??

We'll be locking it tight tonight
