Had mites- now losing feathers: Normal?

My hens (just under a year old) just had mites. We dusted them with Sevin and haven't seen any more mites. They seem to be still losing a lot of feathers though. They look terrible! I don't think it's a true molt because I'm still getting about 12 eggs a day, from 17 hens. Is there anything else I should do?

Are you sure they are clear of mites?

Birds are constantly shedding and regrowing feathers. Generally it is not that noticeable until they go through a hard molt. Maybe your birds are just going through one of the mini molts.
