Had to call the local PD last night... friggin crazy neighbors

Well I checked with the city and it's not against the law and I checked with my neighbors and they were great about it. Happy even. But.... I forgot to ask the land lord.

And people ask why I live in the county? Duh...because neighbors can be

My advice?

Catch the crazy woman, throw her in your house through the broken window
and proceed to beat her to death.

Once beaten to death, you and your husband will find the crazy neighbor is
much easier to get along with.

Oh, and if you use this method...please do not forget to lay a weapon beside
her body before the cops get there.

*Honestly, please don't beat your neighbor to death and claim I told you to do it.
Pretty sure that defense won't work. But I do feel bad for you. Wouldn't you think
even weird people know when they're weird?

Although I must say, he has put up with A LOT of what we have done in the back yard. Raised veggie beds, a pond, a pool (above ground temporary) a trampoline, a small gate, a washing station for laundry, we have done A LOT but the thing that we got going for us is

our land lord is a slum lord, he does the bare minimum if that for the property

we live in the ghetto so it's expected that ppl do crazy things

we never cause damage to the property

we have been late on rent by 1 day once in almost 2 and a half years since we moved in there

we take care of the property as if it was our own and have pride in our home.

I've heard that human remains make good fertilizer in raised beds but I dont know it to be true. Seriously though, keep doing what you are doing and let the Peace Officers do their job.

I am in a situation similar to yours, and personally I wouldn't worry about it. I'm sure that psycho lady has no idea about the situation with your landlord. She's just going to go and run her mouth. Most people can tell the difference between truth and when someone is running off at the mouth. That being said, I do agree that you need to file the paperwork for the restraining order. I'm sorry to hear about what a terrible day you're having!

As far as the landlord situation, slum lords don't care as long as the money is in their greedy little palms. You and I both know we wouldn't treat decent landlords with a surprise garden, coop or pool, but these guys don't even know what their properties look like, much less repair them. Keep your nose clean on the financial side and you'll be fine. If this woman runs her mouth off to your landlord, it would be too much time and a loss of money for him to go check it out.

Document everything from as far back as you remember with dates and events... Take pictures if you can when she starts getting crazy!... that letter is incriminating GOLD!
