Next set of Silver Spangled Hamburgh babies on the way.
I hope they will be ok as my OH had them at his house (he is working away atm) and he got taken ill on Monday, and these are due on friday. So i had to bring them down to me. I unplugged bator put in the car covered it with blankets, up'ed the heating in the car to 32C and drove!! (sweating like mad i was!)
They were in the back of the car for about an hour and a half. Will they be ok ?

I would think so they can usually hold their own temp a bit by now

Well 34 have hatched, I candled the rest there were a few that died early on and one died a couple of days ago, must have been coz of the move. The remaining 3 i candled and they looked stuck and they were very dry i am struggling to get the humidity up so have put in a wet sponge etc. I opened them up slightly and put small drops of water down the sides.
