Had to move the pigeons from house to garage and it's cold out.

We have our pigeons outside in a pole barn and they are fine in the cold. On a night that is really windy I will cover them with a sheet since the pole barn does have drafts. But I agree with the other person, they don't have to be covered at night.

The pijs are doing just fine out in the garage... in fact, they are acting much calmer and happier than when they were in the house! It's funny, not sure why they like it more, maybe they prefer a more "natural" environment. But they most certainly seem far more content out there than in my house. I'm glad they're happy, and I can't wait to finish their coop so they can live truly outside come Spring.
