I have a cranky Bantam Frizzled Cochin hen that looks like she has been half plucked for dinner, I swear! She has no feathers on her head, her back feathers are gone, and the feathers on the tops of her wings, which I suppose would be her shoulders, is completely gone too. I broke down and bought her a saddle, but small as it is, she manages to get it off, and of course, the boys get her every time. It's mostly the Bantam BO roos. They, um, "tag team" the girls, if you get my drift. I'm trying to rehome them. I hope that helps my girls and gives them a chance to heal!
