hairline crack in egg in incubator could it make it?

Spotted it while candling. It's only a few millimeters long but its definitely there. Were at incubating 7 days. The egg is as of now very much alive. Lots of veins and flutter that might have been the beginnings of a heart not just the yolks moving.

I hatch in very small batches. Only 6 eggs in right now. so I dont want to toss someone if I dont have to. Can a very lightly cracked egg make it? Or should I take him out?

Try covering the crack with melted wax, and monitor closely to assure that it does not go bad. It may hatch.

One drop of plain white candle wax has been put on the crack. Hopefully it works

I use scotch tape and it works just fine. Be sure to take it off before lockdown.
