Half and half chicken

So I am brand new to chickens and I’m loving it 4 weeks in. One of our chicks is quite peculiar. S/he has 5 toes on her left foot and 4 on her right. Also she has one big eye and one little eye. I am wondering if anyone has encountered this before and if I should be concerned.

The difference in the number of toes isn't unusual at all. I can't see the eyes well enough in the picture to see what may be going on.
