Half grown chicken with bite mark on neck

My dogs attacked my chicken and they bit her neck and drew blood, but I cannot clean the wound because I'm not allowed to. Is there something I can do? Help
The chicken can walk and flap just fine but I don't know what to do

Could you explain why you aren't allowed to clean the wound?

Is there someone else who could clean the wound?

If this was my situation, I would keep the chicken separate from her flock until the wound heals up some. You don't want to the other chickens to smell/see the blood/owie and start picking at it.

I would provide vitamins in the water to help her immune system be strong. Something like Nutri-drench.

I would give her a higher protein diet to help her body recover. Like fermented feed or give high protein extras, like scrambled eggs, fish, red meat.
