Half hatched chick

Hi guys,
I was in the process of moving mum and 3 hatched chicks to another pen, thought this egg was a goner, but realised there was a peep hole. Mumma went a big crazy and crushed the shell, this is now how she looks, I dont have an incubator, at the moment she has moist paper towel and a warm face washer bed. What should I do? Definitely not ready to enter the world, still lots of blood. Should I keep her in the house or put her back with her mum? Or any other suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, I have wheat pack under facewashers. I just realised it sounded like I was saying WET warm washers.
