I guess it could be. I just can’t figure out what would be causing the excessive scratching and his crest flopping over that way. My boyfriend seems to think it’s been this way for weeks, so I want to rule out any bug bites. It’s a mystery!

Yes he has vision in that eye. But it does look like he doesn’t open it as much as the other one. His crest also flops that way pretty bad and I think it does obscure his vision. I cannot figure out why his crest is falling that way either. I don’t feel any masses on top of his head but it’s hard to evaluate with all those pin feathers.
