Hallelujah - What's Your Favorite?

I prefer Handel’s Hallelujah best of all. ☺️
Yes, I know.
This. I'm super biased though, I grew up singing it every year before I left for college. The town I grew up in decorated the water tower as a giant Christmas tree, and there was a little festival night every year to light it. The Community Chorale did the Hallelujah chorus when they lit the tree. My folks were always (still are) members of the Chorale, and I got dragged to practice every Weds. After hearing it over and over in practice, I had it memorized, so they just shoved me in when I was 8 or 9, and I did it every year after.

Hated it at first, but as I found my own voice, I was OK with it. Kinda miss singing, but not enough to find a choir here.

My brother-in-law and his wife had a HUGE wedding.
They were kind of stressed during planning that by the time they were at the rehearsal, they realized they hadn’t picked a song to walk out after the, “I now pronounce you man and wife. You may kiss the bride. May I present Mr. and Mrs. ————-.”
Guess what they played.
Handel’s Hallelujah Chorus!
We were all feeling a sigh of relief at this point.
