I've foudn that my girls will get excited over anything, even their crumbles. Whenever I bring them a fresh feeder of pellets they get all wound up... as if the food hadn't just been available 2 minutes ago.

I love chickens' enthusiasm!

My birds have feed and water available 24/7. I do hand feed them treats once in awhile. They get treats every day. I put some in their litter and they keep it mixed up.
