I have a beautiful little baby runt chick. he is about a week old and some of his wing feathers have started to grow out. He took Ill about a day ago and I have been watching him closely. He was barely pecking at food and only taking sips of water. He was slipping so I bought some exact baby bird food mixed it and fed it through with a syringe. He got a little better (standing weekly on his feet) but not 100 % yet. Does anyone have suggestions on what I can do to help. :|

You can try making warm (not hot) mash out of chick crumbles and warm water. Then I would take the weak chick out 3-4 times per day and coax her to eat by dipping her beak in the crumbles.

Good luck with the chick - hope she pulls through for ya!
