What i try is first get a few drops of warm sugar water into them. (Warmed pedialyte with a little sugar added would be great)
Wait a few minutes, hoping the sugar peps them up a bit.
Then feed them warmed and watered down peanut butter. Wait a few minutes.. repeat, etc. Usually after the 4th feeding they will start to peck chick feed crumbs that are put in front of them. Peck at the crumb with your finger to entice the chick.
If it will not pep up enough to peck the crumb, you can dip your finger in water then touch the crumb with your wet finger... little bits of the feed will stick to your finger, and sticking your finger up to the chick, you might get the chick to eat.
If the chick didn't start eating, let the chick warm up for an hour, then start from the top.
This method has usually worked for me... but there are some chicks... that just have something wrong... and die.
