hand raising baby mourning doves

I saw an earlier post on this, but I need a little more information. I was just given two babies - roughly a week old - whose nest was destroyed when the building it was in blew over - no sign of the nest or the parents. I have the correct Kaytee Exact formula, I just need to know how to get them on to the formula.
Any help would be appreciated.
