Handling a VERY skittish pullet

I got two new pullets this weekend - an Austerlorp and an Easter Egger. The Austerlorp is a sweetie and lets us pet her all we want (though doesn’t like to be caught). The EE on the other hand is absolutely hysterical if we try to go near her and can fly way better than my fat hens. I would love her to be tame enough to handle and at the very least want to be able to clip her wings but so far it seems impossible that she’ll warm up to us. Any tips? Thanks!

Patience, and food. Strange places and changes really upset some birds. She may never be a lap chicken but she should calm down.

To accomplish the wing clipping you can take her off the roost at night.
