Handling baby chicks

Is six weeks old to old to train them? I have handled them and talked to them and given them treats...

I will do the treat/talk method for sure. I started grit and dried meal worms a couple days ago. So fun to watch one grab a worm and run, everyone else chases until they realize I have put enough in for all
