Handling mean roosters??! ASAP help

OK, so i vollunteer at a "place" and they have a bunch of mean roosters they just got in...51 in fact.....and they are not all that friendly just because they are scared but anywho, today we have to clean out their dog crate homes and to do that we are goignt o need to take em out......and i was wondering what is the best way to pick up a mean rooster? by their feet or what?

Grab the legs, carefully subdue and flod the wings to the body and cradle the bird close to you. Don't let them flap and struggle. They can hurt you and themselves. Be careful and good luck!
