Hands on hatching and help

Hi!
This is my first post but I need help!
This chick has been pipped since 4/29 around 7p. He started unzipping at 12p on 4/30. He has looked like this since 4pm on 4/30.
What should I do? Leave her be or what? I have 4 other eggs pipped right now.
Humidity is 75% ( I know it’s high I just can’t get it to go down and I’m afraid to open it)

Edit: she is chirping but her heart rate seems to have slowed down from yesterday.

I'd be peeling back the air cell. It looks like your chick may have gotten glued to the shell. You can be a little less cautious with a chick that has started zipping. Just try to let it kick its way out of the bottom half.

Don't worry about humidity. Take the chick out and shut the lid while you work. Have warm water on hand to add back in to get a quick humidity boost.

I pulled her out and pulled a bunch of shell. Should I take more shell?

I'd be peeling back the air cell. It looks like your chick may have gotten glued to the shell. You can be a little less cautious with a chick that has started zipping. Just try to let it kick its way out of the bottom half.

Some but I saw some blood vessels still on it and I was afraid to pull to much.

Looks good in the pics. I think the chick must be resting. Do you have any Nutridrench?

My Hedemora is ok now! I had to completely help him out, he was shrink wrapped. His navel started bleeding a lot. Corn starch saved the day fr sure! He's great now.
