Handy Tool for cleaning coop

Well..this weekend was our first time cleaning the coop. My daughter and I went out armed with our snow shovel, an old broom and dust pan and our handy dandy wheel barrel. I had a hard time cleaning the poop off of the roosts and window sills. So after searching my tool drawers I found a wide spatula type tool (the thing you use to spread spackle). This worked wonderful. I was able to scrap everything clean..even in the corners.

You are talking about a putty knife. Yes, they work great. Also, I have a painters tool, called a 5-in-1 tool that works the same way.

Yes..putty knife..but one of those big wide ones. Works great!!
