Hang a tree swing

I have a great tree swing that I have moved twice with me. At this house I have lots of very tall trees immediately surrounding my fenced yard. But all the horizontal branches are way too high to hang my swing from. Is there any way to hang this swing without hiring a construction crew?

I could. But my husband would do nothing but complain about having to mow around it.

what about using a heavy object throw the rope around the branch (use the heavy object to pull the rope over) and tie off the rope under the seat

sure you will use a lot of rope but rope is cheaper then a construction crew

This is not an enviromentally friendly suggestion but you could always spray weed killer under it. I do that around my house so I don't have to weed eat.​
